I didn't sign up to do anything about my confidence, I have just learnt to live with low level nagging nerves before I ride - but I spent 4 days pushing all my comfort zones and didn't feel a single twinge of nerves the whole time. I woke up each morning itching to get back in the saddle and loved every minute of it. Lucy R. Beds.

| Soooooooo much to say but primarily THANK YOU Max and Sam for such an awesome time - the learning was incredible and the whole family and team were so brilliantly welcoming. I'm a bit blown away by the whole thing. Hester M. E London

Just thought l would say thank you all very much for the course last week. I have not yet come down to earth properly. What a great success it was for me and my horse Max l achieved all my goals and more besides. I have been trying to get a right lead canter on Max for over 3 years, Having lesson after lesson off various instructors it took four days with your Max (what a guy).
Your all made us feel very welcome and thank you once again l hope to attend another course at some point l will be keeping my eye the web site. Made me realize your never to old to learn new things in life. I am now looking forward to achieving more in the future. Cannot keep going on like this l will be here all day and l have to go and practice.
Thanks again Joanne Cooper & Max.

I'd just like to thank you all again for the course this week. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the facilities were excellent and Max's teaching surpassed all my expectations.
For some 17 years I have worked hard to improve my ability to work with my horse. I have had countless lessons, and read endlessly, and it all seemed such a battle! Obviously, I did pick up a certain amount in all those years and I never gave up hope (horses seem to do that for you despite all the setbacks!), but I was resigned to the fact that I would never be good enough to really improve my horse's way of going. Last year I bought Wederik, rising 4 and, although I had made some progress with him, it seemed as though through my lack of ability he was destined to be very mediocre. He certainly had the potential, but how was I to develop the seemingly unattainable engagement and softness?
Over the 4 days I experienced such a change in the feel of my horse and it was gained with no force or fight. I'd always believed this should be possibly, but nobody could help me to find out how! Max is a genius - not just in the way he works with horses, but in the way he can teach others (ordinary riders like myself not just the talented). I really do feel that I have come home with the means to help my horse improve whilst we both enjoy the work, until we can return for our next session. His methods are so simple and logical, yet so revolutionary!
Max dedication to helping everyone understand his principles and his patience must have been truly appreciated by everyone. He was never too busy to talk horses, even in breaks!
Love to all and once again, thank you!! Janet Blackburn
